Major duties:

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, this position is responsible for maintenance and support of all existing financial systems and also for providing financial analysis support as required. Administer Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning applications. Provide user training and assist with the development of reports for financial analysis using Hyperion. Maintain Oracle chart of accounts and mapping of Oracle accounts to Hyperion. Serve as a liaison between Corporate FP&A and operational departments to recommend and provide system solutions for financial reporting issues and challenges. Assist in performing financial planning and analysis as required, including performing budget vs. actual analysis for corporate functions. Assist with the management of projects for process improvements in financial analysis and reporting areas. Assist in development of presentations for external parties, including investors, banks and Board of Directors. Assist with the integration of new entities into the Corporate financial systems environment. Assist in developing internal controls and operational policies and procedures.

Essential requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or computer information systems, MBA a plus. A minimum of 4 years Hyperion Essbase administration experience, with hands-on knowledge of HAL and development and maintenance of calc scripts. A minimum of 2 years hands-on experience supporting reporting tools in Hyperions Essbase and Hyperion Planning. Experience maintaining Oracle 11i chart of accounts a plus. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Understanding of accounting requirements with respect to consolidations and eliminations.
