MILPITAS, CA, July 25, 2006 – Celerity, Inc. announced today that Adriana Stadecker has joined Celerity as senior vice president of human resources, responsible for the company’s global HR function, including organizational development. Stadecker most recently served as senior contractor in the HR department at Novellus, where she supported key business units and engineering in the delivery of HR programs and services.
Prior to that, Stadecker consulted industry leading companies like Georgia-Pacific, Fidelity Investments, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Northwestern University on issues of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. She was vice president of operations for Digital Equipment Corporation and the head of the HR function for BTR, Inc. and the Pioneer Group. Stadecker received a degree in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires. She also holds a Master of Science degree and a Ph.D. in urban studies and planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a professional certificate in organizational development.
