Companies to collaborate on the marketing, sales and support of Celerity mass flow controllers in Japan
MILPITAS, CA, July 8, 2008 – Celerity, Inc., a technology leader in precision instruments and advanced gas and liquid delivery solutions for the global semiconductor and electronics industries, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Fujikin, Inc., a Japan based leading supplier of advanced fluid and gas components and control systems, for Fujikin to market, sell, and support privately labeled Celerity mass flow controllers (MFCs) in Japan.
The strategic alliance brings together Celerity’s demonstrated leadership in mass flow technologies with Fujikin’s expertise in gas control systems and extensive infrastructure serving the Asia Pacific region. Fujikin plans to commence selling privately labeled Celerity MFCs to its customers on July 15, 2008.
