Gas Delivery Solutions
Celerity is renowned for its design and manufacturing of gas delivery subsystems that measure and control the delivery of high-purity gases for semiconductor equipment with great precision. With our worldwide manufacturing footprint and on-going investments in additional capabilities, we ensure that Celerity remains the premier choice for customers’ most challenging turnkey tasks.
Our engineers work closely with customers to understand their objectives and provide custom designed solutions that meet their needs in terms of performance, footprint, cost of ownership, field service requirements, and accelerated speed to market. We accomplish this by leveraging our instruments division’s fluid delivery expertise to develop designs that incorporate the latest flow technologies for measurement and control. Whether the project straightforward or complex, we offer customers a complete range of gas delivery solutions to address their specific needs.
Moreover, our global clean-room manufacturing facilities enable us to provide product on a just-in-time basis, in most cases without regard to order size or change in specifications. Bolstering this ability are the close supply chain management relationships we maintain with key suppliers, which supports fast response to any customer configuration and specification changes during manufacturing. Our approach substantially reduces cycle-time from order to delivery, as well as the number of suppliers that our OEM customers must manage. As a result, customers benefit from reduced costs and fewer management demands.
Products include: gas delivery panels, gas interface boxes, gas sticks, purge panels, in situ flow verifiers, and valve manifold boxes.
